About this Series

binder connectors

Robust and compact circular connectors from one of the industry’s most trusted brands

In brief:

Compact multi-pin circular connector system with bayonet locking mechanism.

NCC Subminiature Bayonet connectors are available in a 5 way format with a current carrying capacity of up to 2A per contact.

The series caters for cable OD’s of up to 5mm, has a wire gauge max. of 0.25mm² and is capable of offering IP67 ingress protection in mated state.

Binder Bayonet NCC Subminiature Connectors (670 Series) - Industrial Connectors

The distinctive locking system of the Binder Bayonet NCC allows for over 1000 mating cycles with guaranteed performance which is often much more than that of competitors products.

Available only in an 5 way configuration for now but with further pin counts on the way this Binder connector system really has burst onto the scene with its cutting edge characteristics and aesthetic design.

The system features a receptacle which when disconnected from the mating cable connector is sealed to IP54 with a uniquely designed spring loaded inner insert which pops up to be flush with the outer shell. This design prevents any foreign objects contaminating the contacts when not in use and any water from passing through the connection if placed in a harsh environment without the need of a protection cap.
