Moving forward, popular products such as the Souriau UTO Series and Souriau UTS series will be listed under the world-renowned Eaton branding. Why is Souriau rebranding as Eaton?

Souriau has long been established as one of the world’s leading providers of high-performance electro-mechanical solutions, with the organisation’s history dating back more than 100 years. The Souriau brand is particularly well known for its highly robust connectors for harsh environments, which are widely used in the aerospace, defense, industrial, energy and transport industries.

In 2019, Souriau was acquired by Eaton, one of the largest and most prestigious vendors of power management solutions in the world. Offering energy-efficient technologies for safely managing electrical, hydraulic and mechanical power, Eaton is a trusted global brand, selling products to customers in more than 175 countries.

Eaton has now chosen to bring the Souriau product line under the international Eaton identity in order to unify its global branding, ensuring that buyers across the world will be able to purchase these products with full confidence and recognition of the world-renowned Eaton name. 

Will I still be able to purchase all of the same connectors?

This rebranding will not affect the availability of any of the products you have come to know and rely upon. At Northern Connectors, we will continue to provide the same familiar, comprehensive selection of high-quality products under the new Eaton branding, including:

 At least initially, all of these connectors will continue to bear the Souriau name as part of their product designation, even as the overall manufacturer branding shifts over to the new Eaton name. What will this change mean for me?

Beyond the new name, this rebranding will not result in any significant changes to your customer experience when purchasing these Eaton products.
