As our range of connectors and components is extensive it would be very difficult to publish and update a full price list. Our quotations are tailored to your enquiry and take into account the quantity required, pack size/MOQ of the specific item (if any) and availability.

Yes, for UK customers we have a small minimum order value of £10 before VAT and carriage is added. This value is increased to £25 for export orders.

Customers with a credit account simply need to contact the Sales Department via email, phone, or the contact us section on our website and list the desired part numbers and quantities.

Customers who do not have a credit account and have received a formal quotation need to contact the Northern Connectors sales department who will swiftly process the order. A pro-forma invoice will be sent (if desired) and payment taken via BACS transfer, debit or credit card.

Order acknowledgements follow shortly afterwards via email to notify you that this action has been completed.

Many items are in stock and available for next day delivery as standard whereas other items are subject to manufacturers lead times as they are made to order. This detail will be stated on the formal quotation that you will receive by email.

We ship stocked items to UK customers on a standard next day service via our courier Parcelforce at a fee of £8.50 and with a maximum weight up to 30kg per box.
Additional boxes for large shipments are charged at £6.50 each and 10am or 12 noon deliveries are optional and charged at a higher fee which will be indicated by the sales representative at point of sale.

Export customers must arrange the collection of goods themselves. Once the consignment is prepared and ready to ship; a Sales Coordinator will contact you and offer the parcels weight and dimensions and following this you must send across a courier label for the box. Upon receipt of this information we will prepare and print our own commercial invoices for Customs and await collection.

Yes by request. The Parcelforce system which we use to despatch parcels is capable of emailing/texting the recipient with tracking detail, however with the majority of our sales being B2B there are often numerous purchasing staff placing orders so this can prove difficult. For customers who have a dedicated person who is happy to receive these emails/texts that is not a problem we can pop you on the system to receive detail for all parcels dispatched.
