A range of miniature industry standard circular sensor and automation connectors with screw-lock coupling conforming to IEC 61076-2-101.

Lumberg Automation M12 connectors are available in panel receptacle, field attachable and overmoulded cable plugs in 3, 4, 5, 8 and 12 way variants.

The connectors are renowned for their practicality and boast a compact and neat shell, while they are highly application-friendly due to the variety of options at the user’s disposal. They are highly regarded among engineers and can be used in the harshest of environments with a sealing to IP67 in mated conditions.

Among the benefits of field attachable cable connectors are improved flexibility and the capacity for users to wire them up on site using screw termination cavities. This means there is no need for any expensive tooling.

Overmoulded cable plugs have the option of EMC shielding or stainless steel shells and most variants can be supplied in straight or angled orientation.

Available in both black PUR and orange PVC jacket, the overmoulded cable setups – which provide excellent protection from dirt and moisture – have multiple standard lengths, including 2, 5 and 10m.
