HARTING Han-Ex® connectors are specifically designed to provide secure power and signal transmission in explosion-hazardous environments, helping engineers and operators maintain safe and efficient operations.
Suitable for applications within chemical plants, process automation systems, industrial instrumentation, conveyor systems, power utilities and other hazardous area installations, the Han-Ex® range offers a robust connector interface that enables fast assembly and straightforward maintenance while reducing installation complexity.
The range includes complete connector sets, hoods, housings and inserts designed for use in hazardous locations, with options for crimp and Han-Quick Lock® termination technologies. Depending on the configuration selected, connectors are available with protection ratings up to IP65 and IP67, helping to safeguard connections against dust, moisture and harsh industrial conditions.
Built from durable metal housings and engineered to meet recognised international standards for hazardous area applications, Han-Ex® connectors support safe operation where explosive gases, vapours or dust may be present.
