The CONEC SnapLock locking system for D-Sub connectors and hoods enables a fast and secure connection and locking mechanism without additional screws. A spring clip integrated into the hood locks onto a latch pin mounted on the mating connector.
Technical Features & Applications
The SnapLock system is specifically designed for applications requiring a robust and vibration-resistant connection. With the option to retrofit using a bolt kit, the system can also be used with standard D-Sub connectors. This opens up a wide range of applications, such as in automation technology, measurement technology, and medical engineering.
The key benefits of the SnapLock system:
- Time savings thanks to tool-free assembly & disassembly
- Enhanced process reliability with a defined locking mechanism
- Vibration resistance, even in demanding environments
- Retrofit capability for existing D-Sub connectors
